Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee is chaired by Sonja Lindberg.
The Landscape Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors. The committee works with the landscape contractor to make sure that its contract responsibilities are met. The committee is also responsible for the appearance of the common areas and maintaining Sonata’s reputation as an attractive community, working within the budget established by the Board.
Any suggestions or request of a non- emergency nature regarding common areas should be presented to the management company in writing for appropriate review and action. Non-emergency repairs, like broken sprinklers, can be reported to PCM at (760) 918-8040. In case of emergency repairs such as active, flowing leaks, contact the San Marcos Landscape office (760) 539-7806 and choose the option for emergencies. After hours this will transfer you to their answering service for more prompt attention.
Steve & Eleni Tignor
Architecture Committee (ARC)
The Architecture Committee is chaired by Steve Tignor.
Any changes to the exterior of your home and/or landscaping require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
This includes but is not limited to, room additions, balconies, decks, patios, patio covers, overhangs, shutters, awnings, gazebos, fences, pools, spas, solar panels, sidewalks, garage doors, driveways, fountains, and any changes to existing exterior paint colors.
An Architectural Approval Form should be filled out and submitted to the property manager. The form can be downloaded by clicking the button below.
Once filled out, the form (and any additional plans) should be submitted to Rick Cremin via email or mail to the addresses below:

The Welcome Committee is chaired by Sue Tami.
The committee is responsible for introducing new Sonata Single Family residents to our community.
Members of the Welcome Committee are familiar with Sonata’s rules and regulations, CC&Rs, Board and committee membership.
