Welcome to Sonata Patio II Homes

The Sonata Patio II Homes are one of four associations in the Sonata Escondido community, which was built in the 1980s. The community is located in southeast Escondido, California and has 55 patio homes ranging from 1,200 to 2,700 square feet. The homes have spacious floor plans, attached garages and some are single story.

The Sonata community also has over 12 acres of common areas, tennis courts and a pool for residents to enjoy. It's close to outdoor activities like hiking trails, a golf course and Kit Carson Park, as well as attractions like the North County Mall and Safari Park. The community also offers easy access to I-15 and the wider San Diego area. 

The Sonata Patio II Homes are located off of Huckleberry Lane on Azalea Glen, Elderberry Glen and Aries Glen.
