Landscape Committee

There is currently an opening for the Landscape Committee Chair. Please contact Jim Fraker at Jim.Fraker@associa.us if interested.

The Landscape Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors.  The committee works with the landscape contractor to make sure that its contract responsibilities are met.  The committee is also responsible for the appearance of the common areas and maintaining Sonata’s reputation as an attractive community, working within the budget established by the Board. 

Any suggestions regarding common areas should be presented to the Committee Chair for review and possible action. 

Emergency situations such as broken sprinklers or water leaks should be reported to the management company. PCM can be reached at (760) 918-8040. If it's after hours you can call the same number and it goes to the emergency service and they will answer the call.


Architecture Committee (ARC)

The Architecture Committee is chaired by Steve Tignor.  

Any changes to the exterior of your home and/or landscaping require prior written approval from the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).

This includes but is not limited to, room additions, balconies, decks, patios, patio covers, overhangs, shutters, awnings, gazebos, fences, pools, spas, solar panels, sidewalks, garage doors, driveways, fountains, and any changes to existing exterior paint colors.

An Architectural Approval Form should be filled out and submitted (in triplicate) to the ARC Chair. The form can be downloaded by clicking the button below.

The Welcome Committee is chaired by Sue Tami.

The committee is responsible for introducing new Sonata Single Family residents to our community.

Members of the Welcome Committee are familiar with Sonata’s rules and regulations, CC&Rs, Board and committee membership.


Neighborhood Watch

There is currently an opening for the Neighborhood Watch Committee Chair. Please contact Jim Fraker at Jim.Fraker@associa.us if interested.

The function of this chair position is to coordinate Neighborhood Watch activities among the SSF block captains, other Sonata HOAs, and local authorities.
