Landscaping/Facilities Chairperson

Loretta organizes the committee and heads the monthly walk through inspections of the community.  She works with contractors getting the best quotes on services to save us all money and keep our dues low.  She works closely with our Landscaping Contractor to make sure the weekly maintenance is done on time and professionally.  She researches special projects such as the rebates on installing the water saving MP Rotator nozzles and “Smart” Controllers.  She is the organization arm of the committee and works hard to keep Sonata looking beautiful.  She and her husband Mark purchased their home here in 2000 and want all the associations to work together to keep Sonata beautiful.
